Ray Heffernan

From Dublin’s leafy green Northside, Ray Heffernan is probably best known for writing the original version of “Angels” by Robbie Williams. That’s why he will be featured in an upcoming TV documentary.

Besides Angels, Ray has had a 25-year career penning songs for such famous names as Caroline Moreau (in French), Eros Ramazzotti (in Italian), Helene Fischer (DE), Alessia Cara (CAN) and many others.

In recent years he has applied his knowledge of music and song writing to teaching; becoming a Cambridge certified language teacher and language skills assessor in Italian schools. Over ten years of growth, his Music4Life method (an approach to language learning through songs and music) has been included in the school curriculum of over 18 primary, middle and high schools in Northern Italy, Amsterdam and The Hague.

Shane Ó Fearghail

womBEATS regulars already know Shane for hosting our concert series. He will be joining the Grand Jam Tour, debuting a new album and its first single „You To Hold“.

Shane Ó Fearghail is an Irish Singer-Songwriter/Artist living in Vienna. From Dublin, Shane’s musical style has been called many things — Irish Indie & Dark Folk is the new calling. He has been likened to REM, Crowded House, Rufus Wainright III, Glen Hansard and Ron Sexsmith; something he takes as a big compliment.

Viki Rácz

Viki Rácz is a singer-songwriter and producer. Propelled by a passion for nature, she finds her inspiration amongst undiscovered places in the wonderful forests and rugged hills of her native Hungary. Accompanied by captivating melodies, each song tells its own story, a natural story.

As a solo artist, Croatia, Germany and Ireland have been graced with Viki’s melodies. With an Indie-folk approach, her live performances create atmospheres ranging from peaceful harmony to thrilling joyfulness.

As well as touring solo, Viki is also the lead singer and guitar player with the band “Wolfolks”. Based in Hungary, Wolfolks are an energetic live force, with the rhythms and songs to match. Recent sojourns saw the band play successful shows in Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovenia. The future, as they say, looks bright.
